Norton Audits to conduct a systems GAP analysis and make recommendations for improvement.
Implemented improvements focused on an internal Quality system and research practice marketing
initiatives. Quality systems included standard operating procedures, formalized training and
corrective and preventive actions processes. Marketing initiatives expanded upon their single study
marketing vendor to allow practice to market their services on their own, leveraging their
experience and improved internal processes.
